Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Arara was taken on many hunting expeditions. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 34. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her fur is short and gray. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a brown collared shirt and white skirt. She accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
