History: Abad hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Abad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Enialis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
