History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Borun alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This late middle aged man wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available he will default to his whip and is in decent physical shape. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. His half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. With wild chestnut hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are brown.

Personality: She is a Knight first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: To be a Miner again.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, black shirt, and white tie. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
