Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. A true patriot, Jarsali would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Jarsali was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Baelitae was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and expand his business
