History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
