Personality: He is fixated on the number 37. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
