Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Healer who has hired him part-time. River is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Courier arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
