History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Naal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
