History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Purah was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Purah's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Damien was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second son.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
