Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has brown hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shipwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and money/treasure

Description: He wears a grey shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly crossbows and lances. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
