Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 63. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Millicent is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Millicent was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.
