A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Heward took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
