Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Shifting's homeland. Shifting decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Shedinn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shedinn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gildmak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
