History: Broce was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Carter, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age her father died while driving off some orcs. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in rapier use. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.
