His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Bruz was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thoradin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. He has yellow fur. He has gleaming, smiling yellow eyes.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
