Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Naeris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: River hails from a village terrorized by brigands. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: She wears pastel painted combat armor at almost all times. She carries a battered shortbow and tarnished crossbow as well. Her lavender fur is matted, messy, and big. Her yellow eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
