Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Bilga and her spouse have recently divorced.
