Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
