History: Born in the north to a Barkeep, Berrian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He became a Barkeep soon after.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Heskan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Heskan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heskan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
