Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Peren took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Peren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
