History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Balifra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Salasar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Salasar was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
