History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Vola hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vola was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels threatened by others

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'3" and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Raer will drive conversation. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'10". She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She keeps her gray fur in a flapper bob. Her yellow eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Cask lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her old friends
