Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Birel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Shepherd father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
