History: Balam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Balam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He very much looks the part of a Unemployed. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Unemployed has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is in excellent shape and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has shaved his head bald. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a Tanner, his father struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
