Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a black vest and prefers tan and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length white crest. Her gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Surina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Surina. Being a Banker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
