Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Oriel was born the youngest of three triplets. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Server, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to reunite with her absent mother
