Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Gynnie is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is content; and an old rival family wants him found

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a rapier and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
