Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Anbera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
