History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tarhun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is renowned for his bright pastel suits and hats. He has wavy white fur. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
