Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alexandre does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Jeweler, who enjoyed hunting, Alexandre was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tattered old clothes. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jocelyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Expand his business; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants to get laid

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears baggy black pantaloons and a tan scarf. She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are black.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to share knowledge with the world
