History: Born in the east to a Miner, Smoking learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Drifting was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dyer. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Gardener born in the past three hundred years. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Bryseis lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.
