History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kipper was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
