She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jezean grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: Vezera was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to be a shepherd again

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
