History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a Mayor soon after.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
