History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. A true patriot, Three would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
