Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
