History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
