Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Emma embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Emma lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barber. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
