History: He comes from a rich southern family. After coming to the age of reason, Pallabar took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her hand crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She wears her blonde hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Nedda hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
