He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Soveliss was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Soveliss's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Knight born in the past three hundred years. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and balancing her hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
