Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family
