History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Cora was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears just a tan suit. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Armorer mother left her crippled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pennie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pennie. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pennie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable
