History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Lia hails from a village terrorized by drow. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Lia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
