Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Nalaed was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Unemployed again; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
