Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Reeza grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Reeza. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
