He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'0" when asserting himself. His black hair is cut short. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Calcitro is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Cook job and began his own company from there.
