Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Bulzo enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
