History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Fonkin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fonkin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
