Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rhogar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and many dire rats want her driven away
