Description: He is a husky man, who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His dark red hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Map Maker like his mother before him.

Motivation: To be a Weaver again; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. He has no hair. His eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. She is a great chef.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a fancy tan dress. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born in the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
